Post-Conference Survey Contest Rules

There are two parts to the post-conference survey. Should you opt in to completing Part 2, you will be eligible to enter for a chance to win a $150 e-gift card.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who attended the SEJ conference in Arizona. Employees, contractors and board members of SEJ and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

 

TO ENTER: Complete the online survey, including all required fields, to enter the drawing. Limit: one entry per person.

 

PRIZE: Within two weeks of closing this survey (May 31), a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received to award one $150 e-gift card. The prize-drawing winner may also designate a charitable donation instead of receiving a prize. This prize package is not transferable. The winner will be notified by email and must reply to the email notification message within 30 days of its being sent. In the event a winner cannot receive the prize for any reason, the prize shall be awarded to an alternate winner.

 

GENERAL: Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Entry information becomes property of SEJ. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted. No prize substitution, except by SEJ and at SEJ’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.
