Attendees can arrange roommates and/or ride shares using our conference app, Whova. Look for the “Find a Roommate” and “Sharing a Ride” message boards under the Community tab.

  • From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 4.8 miles.
  • Reservations can be made online here or by calling the Hotel’s Room Reservation Department at 1-888-444-6664 and saying you are part of the SEJ group.
  • No deposit is required at the time of booking; however, you will need to put a credit card down when making your reservation.
  • Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of one night room and tax penalty.
