• Most conference sessions will be held at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU.
• From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 4.8 miles.
• The special SEJ rate is $229.00 single/double, per night plus taxes.
• Discounted rooms are available from April 18 – May 1, 2025.
• The deadline to make reservations at the conference discounted rate is March 31.
• No deposit is required at the time of booking; however, you will need to put a credit card down when making your reservation.
• Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of 1 night room and tax penalty.
• Reservations can be made online here or by calling the Hotel’s Room Reservation Department at (602) 794-8600 and requesting the SEJ rate.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
