• From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 4.8 miles.
• The special SEJ rate is $229.00 single/double, per night plus taxes.
• Discounted rooms are available from April 18-May 1, 2025.
• The deadline to make reservations at the conference discounted rate is April 4 at 5 p.m. MST (8 p.m. EDT).
• No deposit is required at the time of booking; however, you will need to put a credit card down when making your reservation.
• Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of one night room and tax penalty.
• Reservations can be made online here or by calling the Hotel’s Room Reservation Department at 1-800-843-6664 and requesting the SEJ rate. NOTE: The Omni’s reservation system is going to be down this Friday (3/28) starting at 6 p.m. MST and will be down until Sunday (3/30) at 11:59 p.m. MST. During this time, reservations may still be made by phone. Be sure to request a room in SEJ’s block.
• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
