Volunteer co-chairs work with SEJ conference staff to select keynote speakers, plenary sessions and moderated panels proposed by environmental journalists. Participation as a speaker, moderator, tour or beat dinner leader is the editorial decision of session organizers.
NOTE: Some sponsor/exhibit opportunities include complimentary conference passes for your staff. Non-complimentary exhibitor registration rate is $500 for two or more days.

If you cancel your ad, exhibit or reception in writing by July 26, 2020, you’ll receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. After July 26, there will be no refunds, but substitutions may be made.
If SEJ must cancel the onsite conference, SEJ will refund hospitality reception, program advertisers and exhibit table fees charged by SEJ. However, SEJ does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges or expenses, including costs of travel/lodging, catering or cancellation fees imposed by third parties.
