DEADLINES
- Reserve exhibit space, event sponsorship, ads and swag items: March 24, 2025
- Reserve event sponsorship: March 24, 2025
- Press release orders and materials due by April 2, 2025
- Logos and ad materials due by April 2, 2025
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your ad, exhibit, or reception in writing by March 24, 2025, you’ll receive a full refund. After March 24, substitutions can be made.
If SEJ must cancel the onsite conference, SEJ will refund hospitality reception, program advertisers and exhibit table fees charged by SEJ. However, SEJ does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including costs of travel/lodging, catering, or cancellation fees imposed by third parties.
